random tidbits

1. I am finally getting a bed. It's a headache no doubt, who knew, to find a futon to purchase, but hopefully by this weekend one will have been purchased.

2. 3 weeks from tomorrow I will be in Texas, land of the people I love and miss dearly. (and Mexican food)

3. Since my apartment is not ready to be shown, yes, i know it has been 3 months already, here is the view:

4. I broke down and bought one of these this past week end:
















...so not only do I have a fully functioning phone again (insert the hallelujah chorus here) but I can chat with people back in the states who are as cool as me with iphones (just download the app Viber and we can even call for free) and I can video whenever I want to. So expect videos. Like the one above. I hope.
