hier

yesterday i was at home attending to a "sick" little boy who wanted to play and eat chocolate all day and not happy about the fact that I could not leave the house for anything, not even my dreaded french class, thanks to my "sick" boy and the cold weather when I hear a knocking at the door and what had arrived pour moi BUT....

yes, the box I received took up half of the dining room table. It included a Christmas tree as well.

My Christmas tree before I found the ornaments.

its so perfect!

after i realized it was sent with a matching skirt.

other decorations that were sent to transform my room into a winter wonderland

I was told to make hot chocolate while decorating my tree and I do what I am told, sometimes!

all the American junkfood one could possibily need to survive outside the States:
necessities to make s'mores, big red gum, gummy bears (the gold package), sour gummy worms, garlic salt, pepermint sticks, sprinkles for cookies, funfetti cake mix with icing, macaroni and cheese, and lastly but certainly not least: cheddar jalapeno cheetos....

THank you to my wonderful and amazing cousin Sarah and my amazing Aunt Debbie who took the time and energy to mail me this beyond amazing christmas package!!!! It turned a cold, snowy day into a bright and shining fun day!!!

I love my family (and friends)!!!!!!!

Love, Me

Oh my goodness! You are so loved! That is by far one of the most ah-maze care packages I have ever seen. p.s. Think it is so cool you've gone and galavanted off to another country to explore!! I minored in French and studied on the riviera, but sadly I've lost most of it. Can't wait to follow your adventures! p.p.s. I went to Seoul for the first time this past summer and fell in love with the culture and the bbq!!!

Hey! Thanks for reading this blog, its cool that people I don't know are interested in what I am up to. I agree, my care package was pretty awesome!!! And unfortunately, my experience with Korean barbeque is limited to a really amazing restaurant in the States so not sure how authentic it is, but its still pretty good. Maybe one day I will be able to try the real thing!!!
