WHY do the french not put avocado on everything? In Texas, we put avocado on almost everything and its what makes the world go round.... I forgot about that and today remembered to put some on my sandwich and it was something out of this world.

yes! that might cure a little of my homesickness! Just saying. But in the mean time, when Mom and Dad come, they are going to be bringing some of the ingredients to help make this possible without needing to go back to the States. MMMMMmmmm.
